The “Only In My Dreams” and “Shake Your Love” songstress set the internet ablaze when photos surfaced of her performing at Madison Square Garden last week looking better than she did during her hit making run in the 80’s.
Gibson credits her slim body to limiting her sugar intake and focusing on a high protein and vegetable diet. While exercising has it’s merits the singer revealed in a recent interview that she feels strongly that the way we eat is in direct relation to weight loss and management. She also credits her diet with improving her over all well being and ending a cycle of repeat doctor’s visits for chronic health issues.
